About Conley Salyer
Mission Statement: My mission is to serve the legal needs of U.S. nonprofit organizations by combining a management approach for continuous improvement (Baldrige based) with the legal requirements needed for the client organization’s successful development and delivery of its own vision, mission, and goals.

Attorney Salyer holds the J.D. degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, and the LL.M. degree (taxation) from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary. Attorney Salyer also has a broad employment background in nonprofit and state agency management and is an Examiner, Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) 2007-08.
